What if it gets something wrong?

How is this different from an AI assistant?
Assistants do the work you give them. The Debrief watches whether the work that mattered got done, and coaches you toward it. Keep your assistant. This is its conscience.
Can my manager read my Debrief?
No. Yours is yours alone, even from the person paying.
Is my data safe?
