Your people leave with real work running on AI, the same day.

Every workshop runs on your own work, not made-up examples. On the call we pick the jobs worth changing.

The team workshop

Your team leaves with real jobs running on AI, the same day.

For small businesses and teams of 2 to 10 who have been told to use AI and want to use AI well.

What your team gets

  • A workshop on your own workYour real emails, quotes and reports, not made-up examples.
  • Two or three jobs each, set up and workingRunning before anyone leaves the room.
  • A 30-day follow-up callWe fix anything that stopped working.

Questions teams ask

  • I'm not technical. Will I keep up?Yes. Everything in the workshop is copy and paste, with a step card to follow. If you can write an email, you can do this.
  • We don't have time for another new thing. How much time does this take? The workshop runs on jobs you already do, so the time comes back the same week. After that, the jobs take minutes, not hours.
  • Which AI tools do you use?The ones you already have where possible, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini. No new subscriptions unless one clearly pays for itself.
  • Will it sound like us?Yes. We set it up with your past emails, documents and tone, so the first draft sounds like your business, not a robot.
  • What if the AI gets something wrong?AI can make mistakes, so a person checks everything before it goes to a customer. I show your team what to look for.
  • What happens if we get stuck after the session? You can email me, and the 30-day follow-up call fixes anything that stopped working.

Questions owners ask

  • What about our data and customer details? We set up on business accounts that don't train on your data, and agree what never goes in before we start.
  • Will this replace my staff? No. It takes the repeat jobs off their desks so they spend more time on customers. A person signs off every decision.
  • How do I know it's worth it?We pick the jobs on the call and agree how we'll measure the time saved. If your team isn't using it after 30 days, the promise below applies.

With an AI lesson assistantAbout 2.5 hours a week

Both trials found no drop in quality. Sources: Education Endowment Foundation, ChatGPT in lesson preparation trial and Aila Teacher Choices trial.

The rule in every example: your own materials go in. Exam board papers and pupil data never do.

Teacher training

The everyday jobs above, plus a revision tutor for every class.

90 minutes for every job on this page, or 60 minutes for your three or four hardest. Runs as an INSET slot, a twilight session, a department meeting or a staff development day. For college and university staff, the same session is built around lecturers and support staff: feedback, course materials and admin.

What every teacher gets back

  • Hours of planning timeCover work, lessons and starters, set up for their own subject.
  • Marked practice they never markInstant feedback for students, and a class view of the gaps.
  • A CPD certificate and a check-inHours for every CPD log, and a check-in four to six weeks later.

Questions teachers ask

  • Does this work for my subject?Any subject with exam questions works. Maths marking is the most reliable. Essay subjects like English and history need more spot-checking in the first weeks, and I show you how.
  • I'm not confident with technology. Will I keep up?Yes. Everything in the session is copy and paste, with a step card to follow. If you can send an email with an attachment, you can build a tutor.
  • I don't have time for another new thing. How much time does this take? The tutor is built once per course in the session. After that, the class view takes a few minutes a week. The planning examples are there to give you time back, not take more.
  • Will the tutor teach things differently from me?The tutor works from your questions and your marking notes, so students practise your course, your way. You check everything before it goes near your class.
  • What if the AI gets something wrong?AI can make mistakes, so the tutor is told to say when the answer is uncertain and send students back to you. Anything you use in a lesson, you check first.
  • What happens if I get stuck after the session? You can email me, and the check-in four to six weeks later fixes anything that stopped working.

Questions schools ask

  • What about safeguarding and data?No student names or data go into the AI, and every session teaches that rule. Before booking, I check the setup with your IT lead.
  • Is the AI's marking reliable? The marking is an estimate, not a grade. Teachers spot-check in the first weeks. The value is the practice and the instant feedback.

For students

A study tutor that helps them earn the answer

Teachers also build a tutor from their own questions and notes. Students practise at home. You see the gaps on Monday.

  1. TutorEXAM QUESTIONOne exam-style question, with the marks shown.
  2. StudentHas a goHints if stuck. The answer is never handed over.
  3. TutorMARK THISMarks against the teacher's marking notes, plus what to fix.
  4. StudentWRAP UPA short summary, sent through a Google Form.
  5. TeacherClass viewMarks by topic. Anything under 60% is flagged.
  6. TeacherReteach on MondayThe gap closes and the loop starts again.

What a student sees at home (example)

EXAM QUESTION circle theorems
Higher tier, 2 marks. A, B and C are points on a circle with centre O. Angle AOC is 116°. Work out angle ABC. Give a reason for your answer.
58°
1 out of 2. Your answer is right. The second mark is for the reason. Write the circle theorem in full, the way an examiner wants it. Want to try the reason again?

Circle theorems41%Yes
Simultaneous equations78%No
Probability trees52%Yes
Bounds83%No

Example class view. Students send their end-of-session summary through a Google Form, and a shared Google Sheet averages the marks by topic. Any topic under 60% is flagged to reteach.

The student workshop

Students build their own study tutor from their own notes and questions, in one session.

For exam-year students at school, with teachers in the room, on the school's Google or Microsoft accounts. Also for college and university students on any course with exams or assessed questions.

What you get

  • Every student leaves with a working tutorA step card with everything ready to paste.
  • A tutor that helps them earn the answerHints and marking, never the answer handed over.
  • Practice, never courseworkThe tutor is for revision and exam practice only.
  • Your staff in the room throughoutI provide ID and references.

Questions about the student workshop

  • Does this help students cheat? The opposite. The tutor gives hints and marks work against your marking notes, but never hands over answers.
  • Does this work for my exam board?Yes. You build the tutor from your own questions, written in your board's style, and your own notes on what earns each mark. Exam board papers stay out of the AI. AQA doesn't allow them in AI tools, and I show you how to stay inside every board's rules.
  • Can my students use this for coursework? No. Exam board rules on AI in coursework are strict, so the tutor is for revision and exam practice only. I cover this in the session.
  • What about students without a laptop at home? The tutor works on a phone as well as a laptop. For students with neither, you can run sessions in homework club or the library.
  • Which AI do students use?Under-18s use Gemini or Copilot on their school accounts. Students over 18 can also use Claude.

The promise. If your people aren't using what we set up by the check-in, I'll run a follow-up session at no cost.
